Tesoro Refining Companies is seeking a Control Systems Engineer with a background in refining and petrochemical processing and extensive experience with the Foxboro I/A system. This position involves knowledge of the Mesh network, FCP270 controllers, P91 and P92 workstations, IACC configuration tools, graphics building, connection to third-party devices via Modbus and other protocols, fiber optic cabling, and connection to business networks and Invensys and third-party applications, including OSI PI. Background in and knowledge of Advanced Process Control would be welcomed. The position will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the I/A System as well as participating in refinery projects and in the maintenance of Invensys and third-party applications (OSI PI and DMCplus, for example) that interface with the DCS.
