SET UP A DUMMY ALARM GROUP
Set up each compound up with an alarm group that is designed not to alarm any operator station. This gives you a way to set up event triggers that are not true process alarms. It is also a good idea to assign an alarm historian to this group so that you can go back and verify operations in the future.
